All the data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
If you choose to enable Google Health Connect integration on your Android device:
You maintain full control over these permissions and can revoke access at any time through the Health Connect app settings.
If you choose to integrate with Apple Health (iOS), this connection is handled directly through Apple's HealthKit framework. You maintain full control over what data is shared, and you can revoke access at any time through your device's settings.
We do not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking tools. Your usage of the app is completely private.
Any backups of your data are handled through your device's built-in backup systems (iCloud for iOS or Google Drive Backup for Android). We never store copies of your data on our servers.
Lift4Fit does not collect or store any user data on its servers. All workout data is stored locally on your device. To delete your data, simply uninstall the app or clear the app storage in your Android settings. If you have synced data to Google Health Connect, you can manage or delete that data within the Health Connect app.
