Use of the App and all related services are at your own risk. Lift4Fit App is not providing any Medical Aid or Professional Advice. If you are aware of any pre-existing medical conditions please seek medical advice from a doctor prior to using the App.
You expressly agree that any exercise activity performed or tracked using the App carries inherent risks of injury or death and you assume all known and unknown risks associated with any exercise activity even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction, or negligence of the App. We shall not be held liable for any damages, indirect or direct, related to or resulting from any use of the services, including injury or death.
You use the App at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Lift4Fit offers two subscription models for various features of the app:
Payment will be charged to iTunes App Store or Google Play upon confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Lift4Fit also supports one-off purchases for specific templates. Subscriptions and purchases are not transferrable between iOS and Android.
